Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee safety and environmental compliance during the construction of a new facility in Singapore, and to support a smooth transition into daily operations.

You will work with internal teams, contractors and senior management to embed a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement robust EHS programmes across design, construction and operation phases.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental Safety, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations and EHS compliance.
• MOM-registered WSHO preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin helpful for China stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS strategies and programmes aligned with objectives.
• Oversee EHS during construction and ensure compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure fire safety, emergency preparedness, waste management.
• Coordinate EHS audits, incident investigations, corrective actions.
• Lead EHS team and training; work with project/engineering teams.
