Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced EHS Manager in Singapore to lead environment, health and safety initiatives within a manufacturing setting. You will ensure compliance with local regulations, drive incident reduction, and collaborate with the Workplace Safety Officer.

The role requires a Diploma in engineering and at least 3 years in process safety; ISO 14001/45001 auditing, SCDF Fire Safety Manager certification, and MOM WSH registration are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in process safety and hazard management with exposure to manufacturing, pharma or petrochemical sectors.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal/auditor qualifications preferred.
• SCDF Fire Safety Manager certification.
• MOM Workplace Safety and Health Officer registration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate and government laws relating to SHE management.
• Drive programs to reduce safety incidents and environmental impact.
• Collaborate with Workplace Safety Officer to review incidents and legal requirements.
• Manage all safety, health and environment programs and audits.
• Coordinate certification applications, renewals and audits with bodies.
• Maintain licenses and certifications with local authorities for SHE and facilities.
• Monitor industrial hygiene programs and hazard control methods.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Lead monthly SHE meetings, audits and inspections and drive corrective actions.
