The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned campaigns professional to plan and manage online initiatives across channels, including promotions, livestreams, and email marketing.

You will monitor performance and coordinate with pricing, product catalogues, and inventory teams to hit sales targets. The role requires 4–5 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably with consumer electronics or home appliances experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales or digital marketing.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances or a related consumer technology industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing online marketplaces or direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage online campaigns across multiple channels, including promotions, flash sales, livestreams and email marketing.
• Monitor campaigns and review their performance after launch.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product catalogues, campaign plans, sales targets and inventory.
• Analyse customers’ online shopping behaviour and provide insights to support customer engagement and development.
• Manage online marketplaces and oversee the customer journey across e-commerce platforms.
• Work with creative agencies and e-commerce vendors to develop campaign materials that follow brand guidelines.
• Provide copywriting support for marketing materials.
• Explore new features and functions to improve the direct-to-consumer online shopping experience.
• Track key e-commerce metrics, including website traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate and average order value, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage campaign pricing across online platforms.
• Handle platform accounts payable and receivable, returns and customer enquiries.
• Manage chatbot responses and ensure customer enquiries are attended to promptly.
• Oversee monthly sales, inventory and purchasing activities.
• Handle other related duties as assigned
