Rainbow Centre Singapore seeks a Senior Early Interventionist to lead a teaching team and coordinate learning for students with diverse needs. You will design quality instruction, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and allied professionals.

You will oversee planning, development and evaluation of teaching strategies, support professional growth, and advocate for student-centred learning across home and community.

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree/Diploma holder with SDESN.
• At least 6 years of experience as a classroom teacher, with 3+ years in a similar environment.
• Able to handle the physical demands of the role, such as lifting and carrying equipment and facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead peers and engage stakeholders.
• Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.

Responsabilités

• Lead Teaching Team in Quality Teaching and Learning.
• Use assessment tools to monitor and evaluate lesson effectiveness for programme and teacher development.
• Assess learners' needs and develop IEPs to address them.
• Maintain high student engagement and differentiates learning.
• Facilitate collaboration with teachers, allied professionals and families.
• Lead professional learning circles (PLCs) and drive school initiatives.
