Job summary

Rainbow Centre in Singapore is seeking a Senior Early Interventionist to lead a teaching team and deliver high-quality learning experiences for students with diverse needs.

You will partner with family members, allied professionals, and caregivers to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized education programs (IEPs) while modeling effective classroom management and inclusive practices. The role emphasizes reflective practice and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with SDESN certification.
• At least 6 years of classroom teaching experience, with 3+ years in a similar environment.
• Able to physically lift and carry students and equipment and maintain facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead peers and engage stakeholders.
• Only Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead the teaching team in planning, delivery and evaluation of teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with families, allied professionals, caregivers and other stakeholders for learner goals.
• Lead Professional Learning Circles (PLCs) and participate in unit-wide initiatives.
• Foster reflective practice and professional development to enhance teaching practice.
