Tech Mahindra (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an Analyst Programmer with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform expertise to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise business applications.

The role involves developing scalable solutions, CRM customization, integrating enterprise systems, and maintaining secure, high-performing applications aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in analyst/programmer or equivalent.
• Hands-on enterprise app development, CRM customization, system integration.
• Experience writing/maintaining code from specs and business requirements.
• Experience designing Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and maintain application code, plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations.
• Configure and customize Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web Services, and Azure services.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, defect resolution, and enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation and support production environments.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best coding practices.
