Job summary

Base Camp Digital is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to support and enhance a large enterprise CRM environment. You will manage deployments, investigate issues, and deliver technical improvements, working closely with clients along the way.

This hands-on role requires strong C#, .NET, and CRM SDK skills, plus SQL Server expertise. Occasional on-site travel to customer locations is expected as part of deliveries.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Strong C#, .NET, and CRM SDK skills including plug-ins and workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation in Azure DevOps.
• Proficient SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS for data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot issues, including on-site when needed.
• Develop and maintain plug-ins, workflows, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports.
• Script, run, and oversee releases using CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate in Visual Studio/VS Code and with GitHub Copilot to improve code quality.
• Manage incidents, bugs, and service requests end to end in Azure DevOps boards.
