Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Singapore is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to support the migration of Dynamics CRM On-Premises to Dynamics 365 CRM Online. You will analyze the existing environment, plan and execute migration, migrate configurations, data, and integrations, and support testing, deployment, and post-migration activities.

Looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to support the migration of Dynamics CRM On-Premises to Dynamics 365 CRM Online.

• Analyze the existing Dynamics CRM On-Premises environment.
• Support CRM migration planning and execution.
• Review and migrate CRM configurations, customizations, workflows, plugins, and data.
• Perform data migration, mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Work on CRM integrations with third-party and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot migration-related issues.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and post-migration activities.
• Prepare migration and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM.
• Hands-on experience with On-Premises to Online CRM migration.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Experience in CRM data migration and integrations.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, teams, and business units.
• Experience in testing, migration validation, and production support.

Preferred

• Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certification.
• Experience with Power Apps.
• Experience in large-scale CRM migration projects.
