Job summary

Base Camp Recruitment Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to support and enhance a large enterprise CRM environment in Singapore. You will lead deployments, investigate issues, and deliver technical improvements while collaborating closely with clients.

The role is hands-on, analytical, and requires a calm, proactive approach. Occasional on-site travel to customer locations is expected as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong C#, .NET and CRM SDK skills including plug-ins and custom workflows.
• Experience with deployments and automation in CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 CRM environments, including on-site visits.
• Develop plug-ins, workflows, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports.
• Script, run and oversee releases using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Work in Visual Studio/VS Code with GitHub Copilot to improve code quality.
• Manage incidents, bugs, and service requests end-to-end in Azure DevOps boards.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to support and enhance a large enterprise CRM environment. You'll manage deployments, investigate issues, and deliver technical improvements, working closely with clients along the way. This role suits someone who is hands-on, analytical, and calm under pressure.

What you'll do

• Support and troubleshooting: Investigate issues, find root causes, and resolve them promptly, including on-site when needed.


• Custom development: Build and maintain plug-ins, workflows, console applications, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.


• Data and reporting: Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports for data processing and reporting.


• Deployments: Script, run, and oversee releases using CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.


• Modern developer workflow: Work in Visual Studio and VS Code with GitHub Copilot to write better code, faster.


• Ticket management: Manage incidents, bugs, and service requests end to end in Azure DevOps boards.

What you bring
