Job summary

Delta Electronics Intl (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks a Scientist in Signal Processing & Sensing to lead DSP algorithm strategy for FMCW LiDAR. You will design, model, and validate digital pipelines translating raw data into accurate 3D point clouds, handling challenging signal-to-noise conditions.

Collaboration with electronics, embedded software, and test teams is essential to optimize fixed-point implementations and validate robustness with real‑world data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Physics, or related field.
• 3+ years of DSP algorithm development for FMCW LiDAR, Radar, or similar.
• Strong math skills in estimation theory, spectral analysis, and digital filtering.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and refine signal processing algorithms for FMCW LiDAR.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to define fixed‑point implementation and compute needs.
• Validate algorithms with lab and field data, improving robustness in edge cases.
