Job summary

tw-asia consultants pte. ltd. is seeking a draftsman with 8+ years of local experience in structural drawings for residential and commercial buildings. The candidate should be familiar with REVIT BIM software and able to work under tight deadlines while producing drawings that meet office drafting standards.

Applicants should have ITC or Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering, and be able to work independently or closely with Project Engineers. Local Singapore experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least ITC or Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ local experience in preparation of structural drawing.
• Familiar with BIM software i.e. REVIT.
• Prepare drawings and ensure compliance with office drafting standards.
• Flexibility in handling multiple projects.
• Must be able to work under tight deadline and in a fast pace environment.
• Work closely with Project Engineers or Team leader.
• Able to work independently.
