Job summary

kcl consultants pte. ltd. is seeking a drafting professional to assist in consolidating information from multiple trades and to ensure accuracy of trade data in a fast-paced consultancy environment in Singapore.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit BIM, and at least 3 years of relevant experience within C&S and infrastructure projects. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• ITE/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or Structural field.
• Min. 3 years' experience in consultancy in C&S and infrastructure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Knowledge in Revit BIM with training certificate is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project by consolidating information from various trades.
• Check accuracy of trade information.
• Alerts project team to changes or clashes in trade services and structures.
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
• Ensure design systems comply with code requirements.
• Perform other drafting duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Responsible for checking of the correctness of trade information
• Alerts project team for any changes or clashing of various trade services and structures
• Coordinates and monitor shop drawing submission schedule
• Ensures design systems comply with the code of requirement
• Performs other drafting duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Proficient in AUTOCAD
• Min ITE/Diploma in Engineering, Architectural or Structural background and qualities
• Min. 3 years' experience in Consultancy Firm involved in C&S and Infrastructural projects in desired
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team
• Knowledge in Revit BIM model software with relevant training certificate is advatageous
