Job summary

UDYOGAH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our construction team in Singapore. You will prepare detailed drawings and support project design and execution from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and advanced skills in AutoCAD 2D/3D and SolidWorks. BIM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and SolidWorks is mandatory.
• Strong experience in shop drawings, as-built drawings, and structural drafting.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and technical detailing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and revise detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and SolidWorks.
• Produce accurate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation.
• Develop detailed door, window, and façade drawings based on project specifications.
• Assist engineers and architects in structural design drafting and technical detailing.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely submission.
• Review drawings for compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Perform drawing revisions and updates based on site conditions and feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation control and version tracking of all drawings.
• Support project planning by preparing layout drawings and material take-offs where required.

Key Responsibilities:
