Job summary

KCL Consultants Pte Ltd & CS Tech Consultants & Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a drafting professional to support project teams by coordinating trade information, reviewing shop drawings and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, a Diploma/ITE in Engineering or related field, and at least 3 years of consultancy experience in C&S and infrastructural projects, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Diploma/ITE in Engineering, Architecture or Structural background.
• Minimum 3 years' consultancy experience in C&S and infrastructural projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Revit BIM with training certificate is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assists project by coordinating information of various trades.
• Checks correctness of trade information.
• Alerts project team to changes or clashes in trade services and structures.
• Coordinates and monitors shop drawing submission schedule.

• Performs other drafting duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Responsible for checking of the correctness of trade information
• Alerts project team for any changes or clashing of various trade services and structures
• Coordinates and monitor shop drawing submission schedule
• Ensures design systems comply with the code of requirement
• Performs other drafting duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Proficient in AUTOCAD
• Min ITE/Diploma in Engineering, Architectural or Structural background and qualities
• Min. 3 years' experience in Consultancy Firm involved in C&S and Infrastructural projects in desired
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team
• Knowledge in Revit BIM model software with relevant training certificate is advatageous
