Job summary

PRO-WERKZE (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a drafted architectural professional to prepare 2D & 3D shop drawings and detailed drawings. The role involves drafting from design drafts, creating as-built docs, and ensuring drawings meet planning submission standards.

You will coordinate with the project team and external stakeholders on tender and construction drawings, bringing 3+ years’ relevant experience in Structural/MEP/Architectural fields in construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in Structural/MEP/Architectural in construction for Main Contractors.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and BIM.
• Knowledge in Revit and Navisworks is an added advantage.
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Draft general architectural and related drawings from design drafts.
• Prepare 2D & 3D shop and as-built drawings.
• Prepare draft outlines and detailed drawings to scale for planning submissions and construction.
• Coordinate with project team and external stakeholders on tender and construction drawings.

Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural, and other related drawings from design drafts Prepare 2D & 3D shop and as-built drawings Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submissions and construction purposes Coordinate with project team and external stakeholders on tender and construction drawings

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in Structural /MEP/Architectural field in the construction industry working for Main Contractors
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and BIM
• Candidates who possess knowledge in Revit and Navisworks will have an added advantage
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
