Job summary

NAM HONG BUILDERS PTE LTD is seeking a Detailer/Draughtsman to prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings for furniture and interior fit-out projects in Singapore. You will ensure accuracy, liaise with project stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date drawings.

You will read and interpret drawings, perform site checks for dimensions, and document revisions. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, with BIM Revit as a plus; minimum 3 years' relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in AutoCAD drawing or Architecture.
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Practical knowledge in BIM Revit will be an advantage.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in producing construction detailed drawings, furniture & interior fit-out work.
• Must be able to read and understand drawings. Meticulous and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
