Job summary

NTU is seeking an Assistant Director of Student Development to lead and integrate Transition, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Student Development, and Governance across the student lifecycle. You will set strategic direction for the Transition portfolio, oversee student development programmes, lead policy for student organisations, and foster strong partnerships with NTUSU, GSA, schools and campus services.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline.
10-12 years of relevant working experience with supervision.
Experience in the tertiary education sector is advantageous.
Strong understanding of student development and co-curricular programme design.

Responsibilities

Lead for Transition Experience (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) and oversee the Transition portfolio.
Set strategic direction and outcomes for the Transition portfolio, translating framework into plans.
Advise the VP and Director on Orientation Coordinating Committee priorities and decisions.
Provide executive oversight of the Transition and Orientation Programme (TOP).
Lead Undergraduate and Postgraduate Student Development initiatives and cross-School collaboration.
Oversee School Constituent Clubs, Scholar Clubs and NTU Students' Union and Graduate Students' Association.
