Job summary

NTU's Student and Academic Services Department (SASD) invites applications for a role in the Student Affairs Office to support and strengthen NTU’s student-athlete ecosystem. The successful candidate will administer high-performance athlete support frameworks, assist with admissions coordination, and help engage external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sports Science or Sports Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in student affairs, sports administration, programme management, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building capabilities.
• Experience managing events, programmes, and operational activities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sports development and university sports environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Passion for student development and sports excellence.
• Able to work irregular hours due to rotating duty roster across weekday evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement with external stakeholders such as Singapore Sports School (SSP), HPSI, and other government agencies to advance student-athlete development and high-performance sport outcomes.
• Coordinate collaborative initiatives and liaise with relevant organisations for major events (e.g., ASEAN University Games 2030).
• Administer support for national and high-performance student-athletes to align with the University’s objectives.
• Maintain database of prospective high-performance athletes, monitor progress and coordinate support services.
• Support planning and execution of university, inter-varsity, and national sporting events.
• Assist in policy development, planning, and stakeholder coordination efforts.
