Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience spanning solution design, program management and strategic planning in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams through other managers and build an accountable delivery organization.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level influence.
• Deep understanding of connecting solution design with program governance and hands-on delivery.
• Experience managing portfolio funding and vendor relationships with visibility into resource deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of technology solutions across a large enterprise portfolio.
• Define and communicate a 3–5 year strategic vision and translate priorities into roadmaps and program plans.
• Interface with senior business stakeholders and executives for reporting and strategic decisions.
• Establish governance frameworks for prioritization and triage across programs.
• Oversee funding visibility and resource allocation across teams (budgets, vendors, capabilities).
• Identify central capabilities and drive horizontal alignment with broader organizational direction.
• Manage delivery risk and ensure governance and compliance across programs.
