Job summary

SM2 Consulting is seeking a Senior Director of Operations for APAC, based in Singapore, with responsibility for manufacturing, sourcing and supply chain across Asia and ~50% travel. You will lead multi-site operations and drive peak performance.

Deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery, cost and working capital while shaping the regional footprint and capital investment strategy. You’ll lead lean, automation and digital enablement and build a high-performing leadership team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex manufacturing operations
• Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement delivered at scale
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (cost-out, margin, working capital)
• Experience scaling through hypergrowth or transformation, ideally with M&A integration
• Leader who influences across a global matrix and builds a culture of accountability and pace
