Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations in Singapore to lead a high‑volume site and drive end‑to‑end manufacturing excellence. You will oversee a large production team, optimize equipment utilization, and partner with Quality and EHS to implement robust processes.

Successful candidates will bring 10–12 years of experience in food/consumer goods manufacturing, strong Lean Six Sigma practice, and proven cross‑functional leadership across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10–12 years in end-to-end Manufacturing or related International Engineering/Business Management in a complex, high-volume Food and Consumer Goods environment.
• Experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG) raw materials is preferred.
• Proven track record driving Manufacturing Excellence using Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team to optimize utilization of manufacturing equipment, systems and resources to meet production demands.
• Spearhead strategic process improvements in collaboration with Quality and EHS teams onsite.
• Deep-dive into production control pain points to optimize scheduling and output for Singapore manufacturing activities.
• Develop improved processes through Root Cause Analysis and Operations Excellence methodologies.

They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations (Singapore), who is the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring smooth product R&D and implementation of improvised Production Management processes for Singapore Manufacturing activities and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Singapore Site GM, and this position will be focusing on the below:

• Directly lead a large team of managing end to end high volume Manufacturing Management to make happen successful optimization of utilization of manufacturing equipment, systems, and resources to meet changing production demands.
• Subject matter expert to spearhead the strategic manufacturing process improvement by working closely with Quality and EHS teams onsite.
• Deep dive into critical production control pain points to optimize Production Scheduling and maximizing output for Singapore manufacturing activities and beyond.
• Strategize and develop improved processes by means of conducting strategic Root Cause Analysis by means of introducing an efficient Operations Excellence methodology.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate Profile

Singapore Permanent

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Manufacturing or related International Engineering and/or Business Management experiences in a complex and high volume Food and Consumer Goods Manufacturing environment, preferably with experiences handling Dangerous Goods (DG) raw materials.
• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex and matrix organizational framework.
• Proven track records in driving Manufacturing Excellence by using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to regional/ global stakeholders involved.
• Good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
