Job summary

Clifford Capital is seeking a Team Lead to guide end-to-end loan administration, servicing and asset management operations. You will lead both onshore and offshore teams, drive process improvements and ensure high standards of accuracy and client service.

The role requires deep expertise in loan operations, strong leadership and effective stakeholder management across multiple functions, including outsourced partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onshore and offshore operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of loan administration, servicing and settlements.
• Proven ability to manage outsourced operations and drive control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onshore and offshore Operations teams, ensuring SLAs and control standards.
• Allocate workloads to ensure continuity and resilience.
• Establish culture of accountability, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead end-to-end loan administration and servicing for syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Drive process improvements and governance across systems and transformations.
