Job summary

Clifford Capital Asset Management seeks an experienced ALM leader to design and oversee the asset-liability framework across funds. You will drive liquidity management, monitor matches between assets and liabilities, and assess balance-sheet impacts of new funds and funding transactions.

You will develop recommendations to balance liquidity, profitability, funding resilience and risk while working closely with fund managers to inform capital calls and with senior management on balance-sheet

Responsibilities

• Lead Clifford Capital Asset Management’s liquidity management.
• Monitor and manage structural mismatches between assets and liabilities for all funds.
• Assess balance-sheet impact of new funds, funding transactions and market changes.
• Develop recommendations to optimize liquidity, profitability, funding resilience and risk.
• Partner with fund managers to provide insights on capital calls.
• Provide senior management with clear balance-sheet trend analysis and proposed actions.
• Identify, measure, and manage interest-rate and FX exposures for funds.
• Establish hedging strategies and recommend instruments and execution methods.
• Monitor sensitivity measures and the impact of rate and currency changes.
• Ensure hedging activity aligns with fund policies and accounting requirements.
• Prepare management information on liquidity, funding, and market risk for funds.
• Maintain treasury policies and ensure regulatory and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Tech to maintain controls.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.
