Clifford Capital is seeking a hands-on Data Science & AI Engineer to design and deploy analytics, AI-powered solutions, and data infrastructure from the ground up. You will partner with Investment, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to enable informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

The role focuses on credit risk and pricing models, AI document processing, dashboards, and enabling enterprise knowledge access via LLMs and RAG technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Data Science, ML, Analytics, or AI Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in financial services or related industry.
• Production-grade ML/AI delivery experience.
• Strong Python and SQL programming.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy advanced analytics and AI solutions for investment decision support.
• Design predictive models for credit risk and portfolio analytics.
• Build data pipelines, data warehouses, and governance frameworks.
• Create executive dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into business action.
