Description du poste

The Portfolio and Collateral Management team is responsible for the ongoing credit and ESG risk monitoring for a portfolio of loans and bonds managed by the Clifford Capital group.

As a Vice President, you will take ownership of the management and stewardship of a diverse portfolio, including assets held within securitisation vehicles and private managed funds. You will be responsible for monitoring portfolio performance, assessing credit and sustainability risks, and providing timely insights and recommendations to support sound portfolio management and long-term investor outcomes.

Active Portfolio Stewardship

Execute end-to-end management of the ongoing credit risk of a diversified portfolio of infrastructure financing loans, with a broad range of underlying structures, from traditional project financing style transactions to holdco financings and mezzanine loans. This includes actively monitoring the overall risk profile of portfolio assets, identifying emerging risks, and reviewing financial models, key assumptions and downside sensitivities to assess asset performance and debt service capacity.

Performance Reporting

Drive the preparation of high-quality portfolio reports and credit reviews. You will help synthesize operational and financial performance data into clear and impactful reports for 3rd party institutional investors and internal stakeholders, while conducting portfolio analysis, including stress testing and sector reviews, to identify emerging risks and trends.

Stakeholder Coordination

Proactively engage with clients, lenders, agency banks, and internal teams to remain on the top of the latest developments related to the portfolio transactions. Conduct a comprehensive assessment and make recommendations in relation to loan waiver and amendment requests.

Covenant & ESG Tracking

Take ownership of monitoring loan covenants, collateral positions and climate-related performance metrics, ensuring the portfolio aligns with Clifford Capital’s sustainability frameworks. Assess and monitor material ESG risks and sustainability-related indicators, escalating emerging issues where appropriate.

Collaborative Growth

Champion a "no surprises" risk culture. Work closely with senior specialists, collaborating with Client Coverage and Risk teams to identify potential credit or reputational issues before they arise.

Process & AI Enablement

Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across the monitoring cycle. Work with technology, risk and the wider team to pilot, refine and embed new tools and workflows. Ensure AI-assisted outputs are properly reviewed and that their use complies with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
