Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Senior Director, Group Internal Audit (RA) to lead Revenue Assurance reviews, guide the RA team of ~6 in Singapore, and work with Optus and regional teams under the GCIA. The role drives risk-based assurance, reporting, and governance improvements across revenue streams.

You will partner with business and IT leadership to strengthen controls, deliver audits on schedule, and coach a high-performing team in a complex, global telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.
• 10–12 years of audit experience with 3+ years in a senior manager role.
• Extensive audit experience in risk assessment, process & control reviews, implementation and advisory work.
• Knowledge of COSO, IIA Standards and CSA is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual audit plan in agreement with stakeholders and aligned with key risks.
• Manage resources with appropriate expertise to execute the audit schedule.
• Ensure timely execution of audits per schedule and flexibility for unplanned audits.
• Provide thorough audit reports and actionable recommendations to management.
• Review business processes to assess risk controls and efficiency; suggest improvements.
• Coach and develop team members and set clear objectives and KPIs.
• Engage with senior management, IT, and risk stakeholders to maintain independence and objectivity.
• Represent GCIA when delegated and support revenue assurance coverage.
• Maintain adherence to internal audit standards and professional ethics.
• Engage with regional teams to share best practices in controls and fraud risk management.
