Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-enabled assurance function; the IA Manager, Investigation conducts and supports investigations into fraud, corruption, and misconduct across Singtel, NCS and subsidiaries. The role drives proactive fraud risk management and strengthens internal controls.

Reporting to Head, Financial & Operational Audit and Investigation, you will lead investigations, collaborate with HR and law enforcement, and help deliver awareness programs across the group.

Qualifications

• Five years of demonstrable investigation and police liaison experience.
• Experience applying innovative analytical techniques.
• Good understanding of Singapore criminal legislation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional communication with management levels.
• Ability to articulate risk strategy and policy clearly.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and conduct investigations into allegations of fraud and misconduct involving Singtel employees and representatives.
• Manage multiple investigations simultaneously and prioritise case workloads.
• Identify process weaknesses and recommend remedial actions with management commitment.
• Prepare high-quality investigation reports presenting facts, evidence and recommendations.
• Assist in development and delivery of fraud awareness programs.
• Collaborate with management to implement fraud prevention best practices.
• Act as liaison with law enforcement agencies on investigated cases.
