Job summary

ITC, a partner for Fortune 500 brands across APAC, seeks a Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of brand websites and digital platforms for enterprise clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams, challenge design decisions, and ensure timely, on-budget outcomes while delivering high-quality client value.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, articulate solutions, and drive successful engagements across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

5-6+ years of project management delivering brand/corporate website projects.
Strong UX/UI literacy with ability to review designs and challenge decisions.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Ability to conduct pre-sales presentations and articulate solutions to clients.
Experience communicating with senior/executive levels.
Solid understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle.
Proven ability to balance business and technical realities.
Experience leading diverse project teams in fast-paced client-driven environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle delivery of brand website and digital platform projects from discovery to post-launch support.
Lead multidisciplinary teams of 5+ members including designers, developers, QA, and analysts.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
Define scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and risk management strategies.
Serve as main client contact, manage expectations, scope, and changes.
Negotiate timelines and budgets to ensure profitability and feasibility.
Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops to align on vision and deliverables.
Articulate solutions clearly to clients and translate business needs into proposals.
Review design decisions for hierarchy, structure, and UX flows with a critical eye.
Collaborate with designers and developers to meet brand standards.
Optimize resource planning and workload balancing across teams.
Mentor junior project managers and team leads.
