Job summary

The role involves engaging seniors at events, helping with onboarding and registration, and guiding app setup and usage. You will manage outreach booths, coordinate with staff, and maintain activity records, including reports, with weekend shifts included.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level with 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience as a Digital Ambassador is a plus.
• Comfortable fronting groups and working shifts including weekends.
• Tech-savvy with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage seniors through community events and roadshows to promote the app and senior activities.
• Support senior recruitment, onboarding and registration with briefings and one-to-one help.
• Guide seniors through app setup, navigation and activity registration; troubleshoot and escalate issues when needed.
• Set up outreach booths, manage queues, and coordinate on-site with staff and volunteers.
• Maintain senior activity records in the backend portal and submit reports.
