Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Lead to drive Consumer and Wealth digital banking initiatives across APAC markets, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

You will write business requirements and user stories, work with design/product, and guide testing strategy and execution across UAT cycles, ensuring timely resolution of issues and smooth production rollout.

Qualifications

Degree holder with 5–7 years in Consumer Banking / Digital Banking.
IT/Digital background with familiarity in modern technologies.
Experience in end-to-end project management across lifecycle.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams to deliver features and functionalities.
Develop user stories and be familiar with JIRA, Confluence, JBehave and related test tools.
Manage manual and automated testing cycles and document test strategies.
Engage stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
Ensure smooth rollout of banking services on digital platforms.
Provide post-implementation support including training and issue resolution.
Guide testing analysts to achieve assigned tasks.
