Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned project lead to manage Consumer and Wealth digital banking initiatives.

You will collaborate with regional teams, write business requirements, user stories, and work with design and product to shape flows and customer journeys. You will oversee test strategy and ensure timely issue resolution across multi-disciplinary partners. The role requires guiding end-to-end project lifecycles, including documentation, UAT, and production support, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years' relevant experience in Consumer Banking / Digital Banking.
• Strong IT/digital background and understanding of various technologies and processes.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects through requirements, test management, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, set priorities, and evaluate work to deliver features and functionality.
• Familiar with manual and automated testing cycles and document test materials (test strategy, traceability).
• Drive stakeholder engagement and collaborate with business, operational and technology partners to ensure end-to-end delivery and testing.
