Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• Semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or equipment engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Diffusion process and equipment improvements to meet manufacturing objectives.
• Support productivity, capacity expansion, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, PIE, Yield, MAE, and Global Central Teams to deliver objectives.
• Engage with equipment suppliers to improve tool performance and drive best practices.
• Create standard methodologies and mentor junior engineers in Diffusion operations.
• Leverage AI and analytics to accelerate problem solving and decision making.
