Responsibilities

• Drive diffusion process and equipment performance improvements to support manufacturing objectives.
• Lead investigations for equipment, process, and yield excursions using structured problem-solving.
• Develop solutions to improve equipment capability, reliability, and productivity.
• Support productivity, capacity, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, PIE, Yield, MAE, and central teams to deliver objectives.
• Engage with equipment suppliers to deploy hardware/software improvements.
