Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a DevSecOps engineer to automate deployment, monitoring, and security across its case management platform built on OutSystems. You will own CI/CD pipelines, drive platform observability, and coordinate with infrastructure for hosting and DR readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of experience relevant to DevSecOps engineering, preferably at the application platform level.
• Experience operating the OutSystems platform (O11 or OutSystems Developer Cloud).
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with cloud platforms and source control/tools (GitLab, JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence).
• Knowledge of security controls, SSP requirements and IM8 policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation and processes to enable deployment, management, scaling and monitoring of applications on the OutSystems-based platform.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release management including deployment plans, versioning and rollback.
• Implement platform observability with SLIs/SLOs, dashboards and alert tuning.
• Lead incident/problem management, post-incident reviews and on-call escalations for customer-facing issues.
• Support disaster recovery testing and platform backup/restore activities.
• Provide technical guidance to other DevSecOps engineers and application teams.
