Job summary

Activate Interactive Singapore is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join the Co‑Development Business Unit on a fixed-term 1-year contract. You will develop automation to deploy, manage, and monitor applications on the OutSystems platform while owning CI/CD, security controls, and incident response.

Collaboration with infrastructure teams will be essential to ensure high availability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience relevant to DevSecOps engineering, preferably at the application platform level.
• Experience operating the OutSystems platform (O11 or OutSystems Developer Cloud).
• Experience with security controls, monitoring and release processes in government projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation and processes to deploy, manage, scale and monitor applications on the OutSystems-based platform.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release management, including deployment plans, versioning and rollback.
• Implement platform observability with defined SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, and alert tuning.
• Lead incident and problem management, root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Support business continuity including backup, restore and disaster recovery testing.
• Extend CI/CD pipelines and environment controls to accommodate agentic AI components.
