Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support development, deployment, security, and operations of an enterprise case management platform built on OutSystems. You will manage environments, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, scalable delivery.

Collaborating with solution architects, developers, and security stakeholders, you will implement security controls, monitor performance, and drive observability and incident response to maintain high availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/CE/IT/engineering or related.
• Minimum 2 years in DevSecOps or related roles; senior level if 4+ years.
• Hands-on with OutSystems including LifeTime deployment and environment mgmt.
• Solid SDLC, CI/CD, automated deployments experience.
• Scripting skills (bash, PowerShell, Python) and Git experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and monitoring/logging tools.
• Knowledge of application security, vulnerability mgmt, and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Manage OutSystems environments across dev, test, UAT, staging, prod.
• Configure LifeTime, Service Center, access control, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment and rollback.
• Handle deployments with checks, impact assessments, approvals, validation.
• Maintain platform security controls and vulnerability assessments.
• Integrate security testing into CI/CD; support remediation.
• Monitor performance, availability, logs; ensure observability (SLIs/SLOs).
• Conduct performance/load testing and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, support incidents.
• Assist backups, DR testing, and business continuity activities.
• Collaborate with infra and security teams; document configurations.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to teams.
