Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology consultancy, seeks a DevSecOps engineer to own CI/CD pipelines and platform observability for the OutSystems-based case management platform. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or IT or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of experience relevant to DevSecOps engineering, preferably at the application platform level.
• Experience operating the OutSystems platform (O11 or OutSystems Developer Cloud), including LifeTime deployment, environment management and platform monitoring.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid environments, security controls, monitoring and release processes.
• Proficient in scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python), Git-based workflow and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation and processes to enable deployment, management, scaling and monitoring on the case management platform (OutSystems).
• Take ownership of platform-level solutions and coordinate with infrastructure on hosting and network issues.
• Manage platform configuration, access control, endpoints and settings.
• Own the CI/CD pipelines and release management for applications on the platform.
• Implement observability with SLIs/SLOs, dashboards and alerting.
• Deploy and manage platform monitoring for performance and usage; identify bottlenecks.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Support business continuity via backup, restore and DR testing.
• Report OutSystems licence utilisation for governance and cost optimisation.
• Apply secure configurations and access policies; conduct threat/risk assessments.
• Extend CI/CD pipelines to support agentic AI components with proper approvals and rollback.
• Provide technical guidance to other DevSecOps engineers and teams.
