Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer to own platform-level automation, CI/CD pipelines, security controls, and observability for government-related applications on the OutSystems platform. You will collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to ensure high availability and secure release processes.

The role requires 4+ years in DevSecOps, proficiency with OutSystems, scripting, cloud environments, and modern monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, IT or related fields.
• 4+ years of DevSecOps engineering experience, preferably at application platform level.
• Experience with OutSystems platform and LifeTime deployment.
• Strong automation, standardisation and best practices orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation and processes for deployment, management, scaling and monitoring of applications on the case management platform (OutSystems).
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release management, including deployment plans, versioning and rollback.
• Implement platform observability with metrics, logs and traces, define SLIs/SLOs and dashboards.
• Lead incident/problem management, root-cause analysis and on-call escalations for customer issues.
• Support security controls, threat assessments, and compliance evidence for government projects.
