Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT/ programming & systems analysis or related.
• 5+ years in DevOps engineering and application services.
• Experience with AI-powered tools (GitHub, Copilot) to boost productivity.
• Understanding of AI/ML basics, prompt engineering and human-AI collaboration.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, security and alignment with business needs.
• Experience identifying opportunities for AI integration and automation in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary operations support and assist the functional teams.
• Improve reliability and quality of applications via automation, monitoring, alerting, security, RCA.
• Collaborate with application teams to troubleshoot environment/middleware issues.
• Reduce time-to-market by implementing CI/CD pipelines wherever possible.
• Coordinate with infra and production teams to remediate vulnerabilities and obsolescence.
• Manage issues, escalations and delivery quality.
• Maintain and standardize workflows and knowledge sharing (trainings/docs).
• Bridge the gap between Dev and Ops on the operations side.
