Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in Singapore seeks an experienced Platform Services Engineer to join the IT production team. You will focus on cloud and container platforms, automation, and continuous delivery across Websphere, Jboss, Tomcat, Kafka and cloud services.

The role requires 5–8 years in middleware, DevOps, and scripting (Java, Python, Bash) with hands-on knowledge of Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools. You will collaborate with global teams and support on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or equivalent.
• 5–8+ years in middleware/DevOps platforms.
• Strong scripting: Java, Unix Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell.
• Hands-on with Websphere, Jboss, Wildfly, Tomcat, Apache, Kafka.
• Familiar with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, Git.
• Monitoring tools: Nagios, OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos.

Responsibilities

• Operate and enhance middleware platforms and interfaces.
• Manage cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes clusters.
• Provide reliable production service operations and incident response.
• Collaborate with development, project, and business teams.
• Promote automation, CI/CD, and continuous testing & monitoring.
• Develop self-service interfaces and workflows.
• Engage in DevOps practices and on-call rotation.
