Job summary

The NTU University Advancement Office (UAO) seeks a senior development professional to advance philanthropy for NTU Singapore. You will build donor-centric propositions and raise the fundraising capability of faculties and units to support education and research that secure a sustainable future.

You will develop funding propositions with Colleges & Schools, align offerings with donor interests, craft compelling proposals and donor collateral, and support senior leadership in gift cases, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 8 years’ progressive career track record in business development and/or marketing with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in relationship management, editorial writing, presentation and packaging of communications.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with faculty to develop new funding propositions for Colleges & Schools.
• Align funding needs or offerings with prospective donor interests to drive new gift opportunities.
• Support faculties in managing conversations on new gift opportunities between stakeholders and donors.
• Create articulate, donor-centric proposals and collateral for donor engagement.
• Support Senior Leadership for gift cases.
• Provide administrative and operational support for advancing gift purposes.
