Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building or contributing to design systems that scale across multiple teams or products.
• A keen interest in how design moves the needle at an organizational level.
• Natural instinct for spotting what should be documented, standardised, or shared across teams.

Responsibilities

• Surface gaps and shape what gets standardised by design leads and product teams.
• Synthesize patterns across teams and document them to raise quality.
• Drive the design portal forward as the central place for standards, best practices, and learning materials.
• Build frameworks to measure design quality across GovTech and the community.
• Lead GovTech-wide design system strategy and implementation.
