Smallwood is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our Singapore office and lead the architectural design development and documentation of a major hospitality project in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will have 8–10 years of international experience in luxury hotels, with strong AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) skills, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary coordination through SD to Tender. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent recognized qualification.
• 8–10 years of relevant architectural experience with international design consultancies.
• Proven experience in luxury hotels and large-scale hospitality developments.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM (Revit).
• Independently manage architectural documentation from SD through DD and Tender stages.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, building systems and multi disciplinary coordination.
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East is essential.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability is strongly preferred.

Smallwood is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Designer to join our Singapore office and lead the architectural design development and documentation of a major hospitality project in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in luxury hotel and hospitality projects, with the proven ability to lead and coordinate large-scale developments from Schematic Design(SD) through Design Development (DD) to Tender Documentation. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage multi disciplinary coordination with subconsultants, engineers and specialist consultants, including kitchen, F&B, lighting, acoustics, fire and life safety, and other relevant disciplines, ensuring fully coordinated design and documentation deliverables.
