Job summary

Hachem Architecture, a Melbourne-headquartered design studio with a Singapore office, is seeking a senior Interior Architect/Designer. You will lead projects in hotel, hospitality, and premium residential sectors, translating client needs into sophisticated architectural and interior concepts.

You will manage design teams, oversee documentation, and collaborate with consultants to ensure high-quality outcomes while upholding schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 10+ years of professional experience in the same industry.
• Experience in hotel and hospitality design is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal Director to translate client briefs into architectural and interior design concepts.
• Lead project teams through programming, design development, documentation and construction administration.
• Coordinate with design consultants to ensure cost-effective technical design solutions.
• Manage client communication, budgets, timelines and deliverables across all project phases.
• Develop and review architectural drawings and specifications for planning submissions and construction.
