Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in international relations, strategic partnerships or stakeholder engagement.
• Keen interest in Singapore's communicable diseases policies, global health issues and international affairs.
• Meticulous and analytical with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Resilient, fast-paced team player who can manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel overseas for work and to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Background in public health and international relations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development for international partnerships and initiatives with senior-level counterparts.
• Analyze international partnership trends, opportunities and geopolitical developments for leadership decisions.
• Evaluate MOUs and agreements, recommending enhancements and alignment with agency priorities.
• Develop engagement strategies and diplomatic positioning with senior leadership.
• Coordinate with technical divisions on international positioning and cross-workstream engagement.
• Oversee international portfolio management, MOUs implementation, and governance processes.
• Develop local stakeholder engagement strategies, including partnerships with NGOs and foundations.
