Job summary

SingHealth Group invites applications for Deputy Director, SingHealth Global Health Office, a senior leadership role shaping global health strategy and international partnerships. You will drive strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and governance across SGHO and the SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Science, Business, Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum 14 years of exposure in healthcare or related industry, with at least 8 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Good understanding of Singapore's healthcare landscape and regulations, plus Asia-Pacific context.
• Exposure to global health is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformation and capability building.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate long-term plans into actionable outcomes.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player who prioritises collective success.

Responsibilities

• Lead SGHO's and SDGHI's strategic plans in consultation with senior leadership; conduct strategic analysis and environment scanning.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and board presentations; establish performance indicators and monitoring frameworks.
• Lead HR strategy, talent management and organisational development initiatives within SGHO and SDGHI.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, compliance monitoring and regulatory adherence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners to advance global health goals.
• Develop financial planning frameworks, budgeting and financial controls; oversee procurement and resource allocation.
• Foster governance, transparency and stakeholder engagement across SGHO and SDGHI.
