Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Delivery Solutions Architect to lead post-sale technical strategy and ensure customer success across complex use cases. You will drive engagement with stakeholders, orchestrate field engineering teams, and coordinate with product and PS resources to accelerate production deployment of Databricks workloads.

The role blends technical leadership with commercial accountability, requiring strong communication across executives and technical teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering technical projects/programs in Data & AI domains.
Proficiency in Python, SQL or Scala.
Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
Understanding of distributed data systems and how to derive business value from deliverables.
Strong program/project management with stakeholder and resource accountability.
Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Engage with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans for prioritized customers.
Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for key use cases.
Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams, guiding onboarding, enablement, success and go-live.
Be the first contact for production/go-live issues across agreed use cases.
Leverage shared services and PS resources to deliver tasks beyond scope.
Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production with PS support.
Coordinate with Product & Engineering for new features and upgrades.
Develop a plan covering all activities of customer-facing technical roles and teams.
