GIC Private Limited seeks an Associate/AVP, Deal Management to support private markets execution across equity, credit, funds, real assets, and loans. You will work with the Deal Team and other internal and external teams to ensure timely closings, accurate documentation, and compliant funding.

You will coordinate across stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and help implement a scalable operating model for regional deal execution.

Formación

• 3–5 years of deal accounting/transaction management experience.
• Business-level proficiency in Chinese to support China market operations.
• Understanding of deal closing mechanics, investment structuring, and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as deal execution point of contact with internal/external parties and co-ordinate with Investment and Capital Markets teams.
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external advisors to assess financial/operational feasibility and manage deal lifecycles.
• Implement an efficient operating model for onboarding/offboarding investment portfolios across jurisdictions in the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors/service providers to ensure compliance and financing terms are met.
• Fulfill operational requirements including liaising on funding and KYC/AML with lenders and administrators.
• Monitor loan covenants and prepare compliance certificates and reporting materials for lenders.
• Support Global and Regional Heads in transformation programs and global projects.
• Identify workflow gaps and drive front-mid-back improvements with tech-enabled solutions to reduce risks.
