Job summary

GIC is seeking an Associate/AVP, Deal Management in Singapore to support private market investments through coordinated deal execution and close management with internal and external teams.

You will drive operating models, monitor covenants, liaise with lenders, and contribute to transformation programs, with flexibility for work-from-home days in a collaborative, diverse office environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in deal accounting and transaction management.
• Experience in Real Estate transactions or familiarity with Mortgage Lending.
• Business-level proficiency in Chinese for dealing with China-based counterparts.
• Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for deal execution with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth investment closings.
• Implement efficient operating models for investment portfolios.
• Manage operational requirements and liaise with lenders and partners.
• Monitor loan covenants and prepare compliance documentation.
• Support transformation programs and identify workflow improvements.
