Keppel Ltd. is seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead and optimise District Cooling System (DCS) and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) sites in Singapore.

You will manage a team of engineers, coordinate with maintenance, monitor equipment performance, and implement procedures to improve reliability and efficiency. The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong leadership, safety mindset, and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in ACMV systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of DCS and ACMV facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operations and support maintenance of the District Cooling System (DCS) and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) sites.
• Lead a team of engineers/technical specialists and coordinate with Maintenance on troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and implement operations and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and support audits.
